The Fourth Street Clinic has transformed the way homeless individuals receive health care—and in the process has impacted the state’s entire health care system. Founded by Allan Ainsworth in 1988, the Fourth Street Clinic has grown into a $5.5 million organization that provides comprehensive primary care services to 6,300 homeless Utahns.
