The Annual Meeting Committee meets monthly November through April to determine theme, content, speakers, venue and other important details of the Annual Meeting. AUCH seeks one representative, minimum, from each member organization to participate in this committee.

The Billing Learning Team meets every other month to discuss billing and coding issues concerning FQHCs. Typically, the billing manager represents the health center at the meetings.
Data Committee Contact

The Data Committee is an AUCH Board of Directors subcommittee. The group meets on as as needed basis to address issues with regard to data collection, aggregation, and presentation as well as clinic patient satisfaction surveys and AUCH supported data projects.
Emergency Planning Committee Contact

The Emergency Planning Committee is composed of designated emergency planning staff at each member clinic. The group meets on an as needed basis to discuss general disaster planning topics, hazard assessments, acquisition of equipment and supplies, staff training, and the development of events and exercises to test response capabilities.

The Financial Directors Round table meets every month to discuss financial and operations issues pertaining to FQHCs. Typically the finance director or CFO represents the health center at the meetings.
Immunization Peer Group Contact

The Immunization Peer Group is a resource for health center immunization staff to recieve updates on immunization practices as well as share best practices for ensuring patients are immunized according to current standards.
Medical Assistant Learning Team (MALT) Contact

The Medical Assistant Learning Team meets quarterly to discuss clinical support issues relating to their job as a medical assistant. Typically a designated medical assistant represents the health center at the advisory meetings. In addition, the MALT representatives advise on topics pertaining to clinical support, which all medical assistants can attend to improve skills.
Medical Directors Round Table (MDR) Contact

The Medical Directors Round table gathers regularly to exchange information and ideas, learn, and support one another in their role as the lead health center clinical administrator. Typically, the health center Medical Director and/or Associate Medical Director represents their practice at the MDR gatherings. The MDR is lead by Dr. Keith Horwood and Dr. Christina Gallop.
Pharmacy Formulary Committee Contact

The Pharmacy Formulary Committee meets quarterly to request formualry additions/deletions. The committee also discusses the latest 340b news affecting health centers, Pharmacy Services Program news, and medication alerts. Additionally, the committee works on improvements regarding patient/pharmacy safety issues, and provides improvement feedback. The committee consists of providers representing each member health center taking part in contract pharmacy services. The committee is lead by Dr. Laura Shane-McWhorter, Pharm D.

Additionally, the group works on improvements regarding patient/pharmacy safety. The group holds peer group discussions of various issues facing in-clinic pharmacies. Attendees are AUCH member location in-clinic pharmacists.
Quality Improvement Peer Group Contact
