With funding from the Bureau of Primary Health Care (BPHC), AUCH began participating in the Together for Tots (TFT) a quality improvement initiative to improve immunization rates for infants and children. In 2002, a financial partnership from the Utah Department of Health (UDOH) allowed AUCH to maintain efforts for immunizations as well as expand the focus to include immunization activities for all children, adolescents and adults.
AUCH provides training and technical assistance to its membership organizations to support all aspects of immunization services at a primary care provider. AUCH also collaborates with local, state and national partners of behalf of immunization services provided at its membership organizations.
