SERIES OVERVIEW: Join AUCH and NEPQR as we dive deeper into some crucial conversations and trainings exploring RNs’ impactful role in health centers and the care they provide for health center patients. This four part series, with the potential for extension, will discuss pertinent areas of inquiry including skills and strategies to reduce RN cycle times and the ROI for having an RN practicing in a clinic, a closer look at the new HEDIS measure and depiction of how to properly conduct an ACP, the importance of storytelling in medicine when considering the roles of social determinants of health (SDOH) and finally, a comprehensive look at best RN utilization within the clinic. It is our hope that RNs and health center staff find this series to be informative and to recognize the hard work that RNs bring to the health centers everyday.
