AUCH Partner Training

Join NWRPCA in 2019 for Recruitment & Retention Learning Collaborative: Building a Culture of Retention. This unique training is presented in partnership with Association of Clinicians for the Underserved (ACU) Star2 Center, and regional support from the Alaska Primary Care Association, the Idaho Primary Care Association, the Oregon Primary Care Association, and the Washington Association for Community Health.

Participants may register for one of two tracks:

• Track 1: Two regional webinars only
• Track 2: Learning collaborative which includes two regional webinars PLUS four collaborative web presentations, one in-person workshop at the 2019 Spring Primary Care Conference, assigned homework, and access to office hours.
  • Regional webinars: 1/15 and 4/16
  • Collaborative web presentations: 1/8, 2/5, 3/5, workshop at the Spring Primary Care Conference, and 6/4 
  • Office hours/homework: 1/22, 2/19, 3/19, 4/23, and 5/7

This learning collaborative is designed for Human Resource staff and management/leadership. Recruitment & Retention Learning Collaborative: Building a Culture of Retention offers a variety of learning modalities and levels of engagement, including webinars, peer-to-peer discussion, application assignments, and personalized support from subject matter experts. Participants can register to attend webinars only and/or to take part in bi-monthly online collaborative meetings with peers and office hours with instructors. 

Topics cover a range of issues including recruitment, data, compensation strategies, building a culture of retention, analysis, workforce challenges and successes, and benefits.
