It is imperative that we recognize that stress is not the problem - it is our reaction to our stress, and we can learn to control it. Acquire cutting edge self-care techniques, including affirmations, visualization, mindfulness, and mini-meditations. A stress-free employee is a productive, healthy, and happy employee. Dr. Gruver will share her decades of experience and participants will walk away inspired to make positive changes in their personal and professional lives.

Speaker Bio: Dr. Kathy Gruver is an internationally recognized speaker and motivational powerhouse. She will move you with her passionate storytelling, provide you with actionable tools, and leave you empowered to change your life. Gruver has written seven books, earning 12 awards. Kathy developed a stress reduction program for the U.S. military and has studied mind/body medicine at the famed Benson-Henry Institute for Mind/Body Medicine at Harvard. Dr. Gruver is an award-winning author; health practitioner; PhD; two-time TEDx speaker; and the host of the national TV series The Alternative Medicine Cabinet. She has studied psychology and human behavior her entire life.
