Overview: During this session, we’re going to review a point of care dashboard, the PVP, and PVP alert closure measure to analyze trends and identify ways to effectively close care gaps using these tools. This session will help you feel more comfortable in utilizing DRVS point of care tools to close care gaps.

Learning Objectives:

• Review the point of care alert closure measure, alerts, and point of care dashboard in DRVS.
• Identify use cases for leveraging point of care tools in DRVS.
• Review how to configure alerts to be included in the point of care alert closure measure.
