Smith’s Ballpark is located at 77 W 1300 S Salt Lake City, UT 84115. Gates to the ballpark open at 5:35 p.m. PARKING: There is limited parking in the lot directly north of the ballpark for $8.00 and some street parking in the surrounding neighborhoods. We encourage you to take public transit as there is a UTA Trax stop across the street from the ballpark.

Please check in at the AUCH table in the Centerfield Pavilion for your free t-shirt and to enter a drawing for some great prizes!

PICNIC: The picnic starts at 5:35pm and includes a classic ballpark menu!

Flame-Broiled Hamburgers  w/cheese, Jumbo All-Beef Hot Dogs w/condiments, Baked Beans, Potato Chips, Watermelon Slices, Assorted Cookies, and Sodas. Vegetarian/Vegan options available. See AUCH table for details.

PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING:

AUCH will mail or deliver tickets to Health Centers no later than Friday, August 3rd, 2018. We will not be able to deliver tickets to home addresses of Health Center staff or board members, so please arrange ticket pickup at your Health Center location.
