On Monday April 7th at 10:00am, Midtown Community Health Center will celebrate the opening of the new South Salt Lake Medical Clinic. Midtown invites both the public and media to join in the Grand Opening festivities.

Midtown Community Health Center provides comprehensive primary care services to area residents. Language translation and a sliding fee are offered.
