Strategies to Optimize Virtual Healthcare

The Montana Primary Care Association is hosting the “Strategies to Optimize Virtual Healthcare” on March 5, 12 and 19 11:00 am - noon brought to you through their partnership with the Northwest Regional Telehealth Resource Center.

This three-part series provides practical guidance and insights for Community Health Centers (CHCs) to strengthen, expand and sustain their virtual healthcare services to meet patients’ needs. Topics include but are not limited to:

  • Empowering patients and families
  • Engaging staff
  • Identifying where to start and where to improve
  • Capturing best practices
  • Designing workflows
  • Addressing patient and other barriers (e.g., digital literacy)
  • Drafting or revising the relevant policies and procedures
  • Implementing reimbursable virtual care services
  • Preparing for post-2024
  • Building telehealth and virtual services into your quality improvement strategy
