Frontline healthcare staff bridge the gap between patients and providers, requiring more advanced skills and training than ever before.

The Introduction to Care Coordination curriculum consists of two days of intensive training to benefit all members of the healthcare team who are in contact with the patient and in team-based care.

COST:

$250 each for two or more staff (SELECT GROUP REGISTRATION OPTION) per member organization
$350 each for single staff per member organization
$450 each non-AUCH member organization staff
